2.2015:Zhaoqing Fusheng Composite Materials Ltd share holdingreform renamed to Guangdong Fusheng Innovative Material Technologies Ltd.

3. Feb 2009: Guangzhou Monerte Surfacing Materials Co. wasestablished,which is wholly owned subsidiary by Zhaoqing Fusheng CompositeMaterials Ltd.

4. April 2008:Zhaoqing Fusheng Composite Materials Ltd mergedwith Foshan Nanhai Monerte Renovation Materials Co.Ltd.

5. 2007:  Guangzhou Decomer joint venture with Richmax (HK)International Holdings to establish Zhaoqing Fusheng Composite Materials Ltd inZhaoqing Hi-Tech Industrial Zone.

6. November 2004: Guangzhou Decomer Composite MaterialTechnologies Ltd registered in Guangzhou Science Park.

7. May 2004:  Foshan Nanhai Renovation Materials CO.,LTDwas established.

8. Mar. 2004: Montelli reached agreement with Du Pont USA totransfer majority assets of its solid surface to Du Pont, and Montelli agreedto withdraw from solid surface market.

9. July 1996:  MONTELLI became the first company in Chinato develop solid surface technology and successfully launched the product tothe domestic market. And subsequently, Montelli solid surface product wasawarded the certificate as  “Nation Level” New Product. Montelli solidsurface was widely regarded in the industry as the first of its kind in China.

10. Oct. 1995:  Dr.Gong Xuefeng returned from the UnitedStates and established Guangzhou Montelli Industrial Enterprises.
